Communication
Make room for a voice. Stories let us see the person beyond the title, the role, or the first impression. Here, the conversation starts with being ourselves.

A space to listen, learn, and find meaning in the stories we share. Welcome to Amavoice. I’m Pamela. You can call me Ama.

Pull up a chair.01 / Meet Ama
Many people know me as Dr. Pamela Juniel. But there is also Pamela. Ama. A person with a voice, a story, and more to discover.
Throughout my career, I’ve listened to people across communities. Their experiences, contributions, and questions have shaped how I work and how I see the world.
In my journals, in conversations, and in quiet moments in the garden, I began asking what it means to express my own voice. Amavoice grew from that question. I’ll begin with my story. I can’t wait to hear yours.
Ama02 / The Amavoice approach
We start by sharing. We grow by listening. We carry what we learn into the way we live.
Make room for a voice. Stories let us see the person beyond the title, the role, or the first impression. Here, the conversation starts with being ourselves.
What is one thing you wish people understood about you?
Listen with curiosity. Someone else’s experience can open a world we haven’t known and help us understand our own a little differently.
When did listening to someone change the way you saw a situation?
Let understanding become action. A story stays with us when it changes something: a choice, a conversation, or the way we show up for each other.
What is one small thing you could do differently with what you’ve learned?
03 / Ama’s Journey
Stories bring us together. The next date on Ama’s calendar is a book release—a moment to celebrate a new chapter.
Time, location, and attendance details to come.

Our Journey
Amavoice begins with Ama, but it makes room for all of us. The stories we hear from one another can become a source of connection, perspective, and possibility.
Start with a reflection
04 / Ama’s Garden
A place for reflections on life, learning, and the everyday moments that help us understand ourselves. While the garden takes shape, here’s a question to sit with.
Just for you. Your reflection isn’t saved or shared.
